Job summary

Aldridge Electric is seeking a Project Management Intern to join our West Coast team. You will assist with administrative and operational duties that support project planning, execution, and closure.

You will collaborate with the project team, promote jobsite safety, track quality programs, manage materials, and interface with subcontractors and customers while developing a hands-on understanding of construction project management.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a junior or senior in college/university.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Willing to work in a variety of roles depending on department needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist project management with administrative tasks and coordinating the project team.
• Promote safety on the jobsite and work with the Safety Department to address issues.
• Support quality program tracking, templates, and responsibilities.
• Procure tools, order and track materials, document project costs, and interface with subcontractors/customers.
• Demonstrate core competencies: adaptability, customer focus, decision making, initiative, and quality.
