Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Director for West Coast Operations (San Diego, CA) to lead a portfolio of Navy, DoD, and federal programs delivering C4ISR security solutions.

You will drive end-to-end portfolio outcomes, financial performance, risk management, and customer engagement across multiple complex programs. The role requires leadership of program managers, a focus on organic growth, and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable opportunities, while

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience managing DoD, Navy, federal, or similarly complex government contracts, including IDIQ or task-order-based programs.
• Minimum 10 years leading organic and new customer growth as a Federal Contractor, specifically focused on Department of Defense projects.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse DoD portfolio with P&L over $75M annually and a staff of 75+ people.
• Oversee Program Managers and teams to drive execution of complex DoD modernization and sustainment projects.
• Be responsible for profit and loss performance across all programs in the portfolio.
• Implement cost-efficiency programs to improve contract profitability.
• Ensure programs meet contractual requirements and CPARS ratings.
