Job summary

SOSi seeks a Program Director to lead a complex DoD program for INDOPACOM, delivering secure, high‑tempo networks across CONUS and OCONUS. You will align project execution with DoD standards, cybersecurity, and enterprise services, ensuring FOC in challenging environments.

This role reports to government leadership, manages cross‑functional teams, oversees budgets, and maintains performance metrics, risk management, and compliant reporting to government and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active in-scope DoD Top Secret clearance (SCI eligibility preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 15+ years in program management for DoD/federal contracts.
• 5+ years in senior leadership managing large, complex technical programs.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS, RMF/A&A processes, DoD 8570/8140 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for all program activities supporting INDOPACOM objectives.
• Oversee four task areas: Task Order Management, Systems Administration, Security Services, Enterprise Management.
• Ensure delivery of all contract deliverables and reports (MPR, WAR, CPR).
• Lead risk management, COA development, and staffing transitions.
• Ensure compliance with DoD standards and cybersecurity requirements.
