About The Role
The West Coast Marketing Manager will help grow our client collaborations and design presence. Reporting to the VP Marketing, this Los Angeles-based role requires a blend of developing/executing marketing campaigns; building/managing partnerships; and event expertise to extend Vesta’s visibility in the L.A. and San Francisco areas, including Palm Springs and Las Vegas. - Create marketing content and materials: Capture the design stories of Vesta’s work in California markets, including helping with behind-the-scenes video, email outreach, event invitations, in-home signage, landing pages and presentations as needed to support Sales efforts, ensuring materials reflect brand guidelines.
- Coordinate event and program logistics: Handle event logistics for select VIP events with realtors/developers, trade shows, swag bag delivery to new homeowners, etc.
- Be the “antenna”: Serve as Marketing’s eyes & ears for Vesta Home projects that are worthwhile collaborations and/or have press potential; this involves keeping tabs on what the Sales and Design teams are up to. Be the expert in what’s happening in luxury design trends and the competitive landscape, attending local L.A. design events.
