Job summary

Abercrombie & Kent USA is seeking a Senior Territory Sales Manager to strategically manage a Western United States sales territory, selling and marketing a global portfolio of luxury travel products to the retail travel agency community. The role emphasizes achieving revenue goals within a defined budget and representing the brand at industry events.

The position requires travel up to 60% annually, excellent presentation and communication skills, and a proven track record in travel industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of travel industry sales experience.
• Extensive international destination knowledge, A&K top destinations preferred.
• Existing travel industry sales relationships in the assigned region with a leading travel company.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing sales and prospect for new business within the Western territory.
• Be the regional brand ambassador and instill loyalty to the A&K brand.
• Plan and execute training and product knowledge seminars for travel advisors and consumers.
• Coordinate sales activities with DMC and sister brand colleagues for ROI.
• Represent A&K at trade shows and events with displays and collateral.
• Report all activities in OneIS monthly with accuracy.
• Submit expenses via Concur following policy.
• Manage travel agency quality and customer service in coordination with offices.
• Maintain CRM/database updates; share market intelligence with colleagues.
• Invite ICs from host agencies to local events and share contact details.
