Job summary

The Atria Health Institute in Beverly Hills, CA, is seeking a Laboratory Manager to lead in‑office and partner‑lab operations during its west coast expansion. You will oversee collection, processing, and testing of waived and moderate complexity assays, manage a team of laboratory personnel, and ensure compliance with CLIA and California regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in a high‑complexity clinical laboratory (Hematology/Chemistry).
• CA CLT license required or able to be obtained.
• Experience with waived/moderate complexity testing; phlebotomy and patient-facing care preferred.
• Strong documentation, RCA, CAPA and Change Management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day technical and regulatory oversight of the laboratory.
• Supervise all laboratory testing personnel and ensure competency for moderate complexity tests.
• Maintain and enforce the quality control program.
• Resolve technical problems and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Identify training needs and conduct regular in‑service training for testing staff.
• Prepare samples and perform waived/moderate complexity testing.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and servicing.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA and California state regulations.
