Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking a S&K Camp Team Leader to guide a team of Camp Directors, oversee planning and execution of summer camps, and build strong relationships with thousands of camp families.

This hybrid role requires on-site work at West Region Camps, travel to sites as needed, and leadership across operations, marketing, budgeting and safety to deliver high‑quality programs and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience in a camp setting.
• Experience hiring and managing teams of 10+.
• Experience across operations, sales, customer service, and budgeting.
• Willingness to travel to camps as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 20 Camp Directors and supervise onboarding and development.
• Ensure timely customer communication and exceptional service across thousands of camp families.
• Oversee compliance with all applicable policies and safety standards.
• Manage camp logistics, inventory and budget across multiple locations.
• Travel to camps as needed and assist during emergencies.
