Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking a Senior Camp Team Leader to oversee up to 20 Camp Directors across East Region Camps. You’ll drive safety, compliance, and program excellence while managing budgets, operations, and vendor partnerships.

This hybrid role requires on-site work at East Region Camps, with travel to sites as needed. Candidates should have 3+ years in camp supervision, a Bachelor’s degree, and ACA accreditation readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of camp management or supervisory experience.
• Experience hiring and managing teams of 10+.
• ACA Director accreditation standards met or attainable.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise up to 20 Camp Directors, including onboarding, development, performance management and separations.
• Oversee customer communication for programs, including email/phone inquiries and escalations.
• Ensure compliance processes are implemented by Directors to meet policies.
• Manage budgets for personnel, food and programming across camps.
• Visit camps to observe operations, provide support, and respond to emergencies.
• Oversee logistics and inventory for camp programs and facilities.
• Handle sensitive/emergency/medical situations as needed.
• Manage relationships with host schools and site planning for safe operations.
