Job summary

Pilot Company is looking for energetic team members to join our travel center crew in Minnesota. This role focuses on delivering fast, friendly service to guests, handling sales transactions, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

You will help stock and prep food, operate the cash register, and contribute to a positive guest experience while working a flexible schedule. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food. Ability to maintain Pilot processes and policies.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Pay Rates Starting between: $12.80 - $17.35 / hour
