Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for a front-line role in Missouri. The position offers pay starting between $15.00 and $17.35 per hour with weekly pay, benefits and opportunities across travel centers and restaurants.

You’ll deliver fast, friendly service, maintain inventory, prep food safely, and help keep our facilities clean and welcoming for every guest. This role emphasizes teamwork and consistent guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food; follow store processes.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
