Position & Perks

As a Manager at Wendy’s, you will provide leadership, supervision, and guidance on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively influence business outcomes. With support from the General Manager, you will drive guest service, staff training and development, sales & profit growth, and accountability across the restaurant team. We expect you to foster a fun, inviting work environment and exemplify Wendy’s core values daily.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including delivering a high-quality menu and motivating staff to provide excellent guest service.
  • Maintain revenue, profitability, and quality standards, ensuring efficient operations and high levels of production, productivity, quality, and customer service.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Invest in and develop team members to ensure flawless service execution.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in fast food or quick casual, high-volume settings.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality.
  • Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with rotating shifts.
  • Willingness to commute up to 25-30 miles each way.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with initiative and a desire to succeed.
  • Genuine passion for teamwork.
  • Ability to create a friendly, relaxing dining atmosphere for guests.
  • Ability to engage, connect, and build relationships with guests and staff.
  • Creative aptitude to work with the community and enhance sales.
  • At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the USA.
