Job summary

Total Sand Services, LLC (TSS) seeks a Field Operator to manage mobilization of sand silos, assemble and maintain on-site equipment, and coordinate with dispatch for sand counts and schedules. You will assist with loading/unloading, verify freight data, and support yard operations while maintaining safety protocols on well sites.

The role requires oil field experience, English fluency, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work rotating shifts in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Oil field experience preferred.
• Strong and clear communication skills in English.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR for the last 3 years.
• Physically capable of long shifts and outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of sand silos and equipment.
• Assemble, inspect and troubleshoot field equipment; assist maintenance.
• Communicate with dispatch about sand counts and schedules.
• Collect freight tickets and load data for verification.
• Manage high call volume and electronic communications during shift.
• Direct off-loading of assets and third-party trucks at the well site.
