Town of Gilbert is seeking a Wells Utility Supervisor to lead a team and oversee Gilbert's water distribution and well sites, ensuring reliable service and regulatory compliance.
The role reports to the Water Distribution Superintendent and drives SCADA monitoring, maintenance, budget forecasting, and capital projects. It requires strong leadership, relevant certifications, and a track record in water operations. This is an at-will, exempt, on-site position.
