Job summary

HERITAGE OPERATIONS GROUP LLC is seeking a Nurse Manager to join our team in Illinois. You will lead a nursing team, ensuring high-quality resident care and service in a family-like setting under the Wellness Director.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an Illinois LPN license, strong assessment and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced long-term care environment. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current and good standing LPN license for the State of Illinois.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
