Job summary

Free People in Oklahoma City is seeking a stylist to contribute to driving sales through product knowledge and genuine service on the sales floor. You will embody the FP Movement brand while helping customers with fit, styling, and wellness connections.

Role requires a positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will collaborate with the team to uphold visual standards and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand representative reflective of the company values; drives the store experience on the sales floor through an energized pace.
• Initiates conversation and engages with customers in every zone in a personalized, genuine way; connects with customers on shared passions of wellness, fitness and an active lifestyle.
• Promotes FP Movement events and drives engagement and participation; supports events with fitness and wellness partners.
• Uses store and online information to enhance the customer experience with an omni perspective.
