Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Hyper Wellness Representative to be the face of the studio, creating welcoming experiences and driving sales that support long-term health transformations. You will build client relationships and blend care, operations, and sales to deliver exceptional results.

Join a health-focused team and help guide clients through onboarding, wellness plans, and ongoing education while contributing to the studio’s growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: 1+ year in customer service is required.
• Experience: 1+ year in sales is required.
• Membership-based sales in health/wellness/fitness industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging studio tours highlighting service benefits.
• Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
• Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care.
• Develop customized wellness plans to support long-term health objectives.
• Consistently achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
• Guide clients through onboarding, including waivers and POS profile creation.
• Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries.
• Conduct proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities.
• Leverage referral systems and follow-up protocols to strengthen relationships.
• Act as the central hub for daily studio operations and ensure smooth flow.
• Anticipate and address operational needs proactively.
• Support marketing initiatives, pre-sale events, and community programs.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
• Promote Restore’s mission and enthusiasm for wellness in every interaction.
