Job summary

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree preferred.
• Health and Wellness experience or related education.
• Account management experience preferred.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage new and existing client relations and drive engagement.
• Coordinate implementation and post-launch activities with clients and partners.
• Prepare agendas, minutes and progress reports for client reviews.
• Oversee client site visits and wellness events.
• Resolve issues with service partners and communicate status clearly.
• Develop proposals for system enhancements and change requests.
• Support benefit design changes for clients.
• Deliver client management reporting and renewals.
• Travel to client locations as needed.
