The Ymca Of Greater Montgomery is seeking a Wellness Staff member to join our Montgomery, AL team. The role focuses on supporting clients' health and well‑being through wellness services and promoting a positive, healthy lifestyle.

The ideal candidate will assist with programs, assessments, and education while collaborating with staff to create individualized wellness plans and ensure a welcoming environment for all.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and encourage clients.
