Job summary

Ascent Wellness Program in Milwaukee seeks a Space Manager to maintain Bay View and downtown spaces, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and clients. This hourly, part-time role covers laundry, trash, stocking, plant care, and general maintenance to support daily operations.

The position requires independent work, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 42 pounds, and HIPAA privacy adherence. Starts at $18–$20/hour with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous related work experience in cleaning, maintenance, or office management desired.
• Ability to work alone without supervision.
• Access to a working vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Laundry on-site, handling towels and textiles as needed.
• Trash removal and waste recycling/compost management.
• Supply stocking for bathrooms, gyms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Plant care and regular cleaning of spaces.
• Disinfecting surfaces and deep cleaning when instructed.
• Drive to nearby stores to purchase supplies as needed.
• Maintain neat, safe public and shared spaces.
• Report safety concerns to the Executive Director and follow HIPAA guidelines.
