CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, AZ is seeking a Retail Receptionist to welcome guests, assist with retail purchases and educate guests on products across the spa and fitness areas.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail, hospitality experience is preferred, and candidates must be able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays. Reliable transportation and the ability to stand for long periods are necessary.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience in Retail.
• Previous hotel/resort experience preferred.
• Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness.

Responsibilities

• Checking guests out for retail purchases, educating the guests on recommended products from the spa team and retail items in the Fitness Center.
• Assist in monthly inventory projects.
• Verify all account postings and balances.
• Ensure guest accounts are accurate and credit information is up-to-date.
