Job summary

Yora Nordic Spa is opening in November 2026 in a wellness-focused setting. The Maintenance Manager will recruit, train and lead the founding Maintenance and Pool Operations team to ensure safe and reliable systems, spaces and equipment so guests can slow down and reconnect with wellbeing.

You will manage schedules, budgets and preventive maintenance programs, oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water treatment, pool, sauna and life-safety systems, and collaborate with Housekeeping to maintain

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance and pool operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life-safety systems.
• Proven ability to manage preventive maintenance programs and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, coach and develop an engaged Maintenance and Pool Operations team.
• Build a culture grounded in safety, craftsmanship, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Prepare the facility and technical team for opening through clear standards, training and hands-on leadership.
• Oversee daily maintenance across the property and respond promptly to issues with minimal guest disruption.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs to improve reliability and asset life.
