Job summary

Yora Nordic Spa in Connecticut is seeking a Maintenance and Pool Supervisor to join its founding operations team. You will lead daily maintenance and pool activities, coordinate repairs, and ensure safety and quality standards as the pre-opening nears in November 2026.

This hands-on role requires 3-5 years in hospitality or facilities maintenance, plus supervisory experience, strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water treatment and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of maintenance experience in hospitality or facilities.
• Prior supervisory, shift-leading or team-coaching experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pools, water treatment, boilers and life-safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction to Maintenance and Pool Operations team members during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate daily work assignments, preventative maintenance, repairs and inspection priorities.
• Ensure guest-facing building, pool and water-treatment systems operate safely and reliably.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergencies while minimizing guest impact.
• Support operation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pools, hydrotherapy equipment, water-treatment systems and life-safety systems.
