Job summary

Civana Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, AZ is seeking a licensed esthetician to join our spa team. The ideal candidate will perform facial and body treatments, maintain room standards, and deliver a five‑star guest experience with excellent communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Licensure to practice as an esthetician in the state.
• Completion of an Esthetics Program.
• Proficiency in esthetic procedures and skincare.
• Minimum 3 years’ spa experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the treatment room and products for services.
• Perform facial and body treatments and follow spa protocols.
• Provide skincare recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock in the spa areas.
• Ensure guest privacy and deliver five‑star service.
• Attend team meetings and training as scheduled.
