Job summary

CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, AZ, is seeking a licensed Esthetician for a part-time role. The ideal candidate delivers an excellent guest experience with superb communication, a positive mindset, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced spa environment.

Training included. Responsibilities include preparing the treatment room, performing facials and massage-focused services, advising guests on skincare, and maintaining spa standards. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Licensure must comply with state and local laws and regulations.
• Completion of an Esthetics Program.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar spa atmosphere.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the treatment room and necessary products for services.
• Treat clients safely and effectively using appropriate techniques.
• Provide skincare and wellness recommendations to guests.
• Suggest additional products or services for guest benefit.
• Build positive relationships with guests and team members.
• Maintain spa room and brand standards (cleaning, stocking, SOPs).
• Follow safety policies and report hazards or injuries.
