Job summary

Blackberry Mountain seeks a Sound Healing and Meditation Instructor to conduct wellness classes and programming for the HUB. The role supports the Wellness Manager and Assistant Director in creating and delivering wellness programming for guests.

The position emphasizes high-quality service, confidentiality, and guest education, with duties spanning class conduct, prep, and operations support across the wellness program.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
• Must have the ability to prepare/write educational materials for guests.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, managers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group wellness classes
• Ensures confidentiality with respect to guest data according to Blackberry Mountain confidentiality guidelines
• Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered
• Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required
• Maintain a working knowledge of the Company’s property, as well as special events on and near property, in order to advise guest of the same, whenever possible
• Ensures a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained
• Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings
• Assist in all areas of the wellness operations
• Maintain a professional reputation in the company and community
• Perform any tasks deemed necessary by manager
