Job summary

Earthbar, inside Equinox Gym in Greenwich, CT, is hiring for an on-site role. We offer full-time and part-time shifts, with a 50% discount and health benefits for eligible employees. Expect a fast-paced, health-focused team with a cheerful, customer-first atmosphere.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional beverages and service, maintaining cleanliness, cash handling, and POS proficiency. Flexible schedules, weekend availability, and a focus on health and wellness are valued.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in food/beverage environments making smoothies, and/or specialty beverages, or experience in retail and hospitality.
• Barista, Nutrition, and Culinary education experience a plus!
• Must have (or obtain) a Food Handlers License (i.e., ServSafe) prior to employment.
• Ability to move and or lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote Earthbar's culture, values and mission.
• Maintains a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to Earthbar standard.
• Delivers exceptional customer service to all customers; responds to customer needs in a timely manner.
• Follow daily and weekly deep cleaning calendar in store.
• Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling; stock merchandise and complete tasks timely.
