Job summary

Earthbar is seeking a part-time, on-site team member in New York to deliver exceptional customer service and help create healthy, on-the-go beverages and bowls. You will work in a fast-paced environment inside Equinox Gym, with a 50% employee discount and health benefits for full-time staff.

Flexible hours include weekends and holidays. You will prepare smoothies, bowls, lattes, and other items, while ensuring recipe accuracy, quality, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in food/beverage environments making smoothies or specialty beverages.
• Experience in retail/hospitality is acceptable.
• Must have or obtain a Food Handlers License (ServSafe) prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
• Prepare beverages and food items following standard recipes and portion controls.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment.
