Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage visitors in a welcoming, consultative manner.
• Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience closing deals, handling objections, and working toward defined targets or quotas.
• Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and confident presentation of product features and benefits.
• Basic technology and administrative skills, such as using POS systems, CRM or lead management software, email, and standard office applications.
• Interest in wellness, health, or lifestyle products, with the ability to learn technical product details and explain them in simple terms.
• Reliable time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple customers, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work on-site in Germantown, TN, including weekends or evenings as needed for showroom hours and events.
• Previous retail, showroom, or consumer sales experience is preferred; experience in high-value or luxury products is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, sales, or marketing is beneficial.
