Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Ability to effectively influence others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time (7+ hours per day).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining salon staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Achieving sales goals and other performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff.
• Completing company operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Achieving financial objectives through effective monitoring of controllable expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and expenses.
• Maintaining the salon’s stability by complying with all legal requirements.
• Managing tasks to ensure salons are clean, stocked, organized, and customer ready.
• Establishing rapport with customers to build loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Creating a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
• Investigating and resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyzing daily sales and expenses and performing financial analyses to maximize profits.
• Safeguarding and accounting for all money and banking requirements.
