Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a charismatic, dependable Hyper Wellness Representative to join our growing team. The role involves greeting clients, sharing the science behind services, and guiding guests through memberships while delivering outstanding customer care.

You will be the first point of contact, creating lasting impressions, educating on modalities, onboarding new members, and contributing to store performance and community outreach.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a welcoming store environment and greet clients.
• Promote Restore services and memberships to guests.
• Provide tours, describe modalities and help guests choose offerings.
• Onboard new members and assist with waivers and profile setup.
• Represent the brand and support outreach efforts in the local community.

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a charismatic, dependable, attentive Hyper Wellness Representative to join our growing team! The Hyper Wellness Representative will be the first person our clients meet and responsible for create lasting first impressions. Every day will be different, but you’ll be representing the Restore brand as you share the science behind the services and outwardly communicate our story while helping everyone begin or enhance their wellness journey.

A Day In the Life….

• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for all members, clients and staff.
• Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Communicate with members and clients, via telephone, email and face-to-face, to effectively promote Restore and our service offerings.
• Providing guest tours, selling packages & memberships.
• Educate clients of all modalities and benefits, recommend products we offer to support and enhance their goals.
• Ensure proper on-boarding of new Restore members and clients through the use of waivers, agreements and the creation of client profiles.
• Support and contribute to the outcomes in all sales performance and operational areas for your store.
• Administering all non-medical and non-specialty services.
• Community outreach - assisting in lead generation, attending community events, contribute to social media efforts and act as a brand ambassador to strengthen business to business relationships.
• Represent the brand by embodying Restore’s core values and acting in alignment with the mission and vision of Restore Hyper Wellness and the Hyper Wellness® lifestyle.
• Create a fun and engaging store culture by ensuring every team member is involved, valued, and recognized for his/her contributions.

Qualifications

• You’re passionate about health and wellness
• You have at least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment. Hot tip - While Restore is technically a retail operation, we don’t have a retail vibe.
• Working weekends doesn’t bum you out
• Communication and collaboration are some of your strong suits
