Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales by educating guests on Stretch Zone benefits and value.
• Guide prospective and current members through the membership process.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through effective communication and follow-up.
• Follow up with leads to generate appointments and new membership opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering calls, scheduling, and addressing questions.
• Support member retention through outstanding service and ongoing relationship management.
• Promote additional sessions and services when appropriate.
• Maintain a positive, energetic studio environment.
• Collaborate with the team to drive studio success.
