Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Hyper Wellness Representative to greet clients, lead studio tours, and drive meaningful sales that support health transformations. You will educate guests on therapies, build relationships, manage scheduling, and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy wellness studio in Buford.

You will be part of a fast-paced sales and client-care team, promoting Restore’s services and helping clients embark on personalized health journeys.

Qualifications

1+ year in customer service
1+ year in sales
Membership-based sales in health/wellness is a plus
Thrives in fast-paced environments
Proficiency with technology and client management systems (training provided)
Proven success with membership sales and revenue growth

Responsibilities

Lead engaging studio tours highlighting service benefits
Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals
Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care practices
Develop customized wellness plans to support long-term health objectives
Consistently achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets
Guide clients through onboarding, including waivers and POS profile creation
Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries
Proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities
Leverage referral systems and follow-up protocols to strengthen client relationships
Act as central hub for daily studio operations and ensure smooth flow and satisfaction
