• Confident in presenting and selling memberships and packages.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable team player with good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and patients upon arrival and check in.
• Educate patients on wellness offerings and services.
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic.
• Present and sell memberships and visit packages.
• Stay updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Participate in marketing/sales opportunities to attract new patients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and patients.
• Stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Support the team to meet sales goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
