Palm Beach Tan - SVI Corporate, LLC, a Palm Beach Tan & Wellness Franchisee, invites you to join as a Wellness Consultant in Charlotte, NC. You will help clients look and feel their best, hit sales targets, and earn more with base pay and commissions.

Our welcoming, team-focused environment supports career growth and ongoing training. Pay ranges from $10.00 to $15.00+ per hour (base plus up to 12% commission).

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer and POS skills.
• A consistent work schedule and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Greet and consult with clients in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning.
• Deliver customer service that keeps clients coming back.
• Keep the salon clean, organized, and meeting health department standards.
• Handle cash, opening and closing duties, and customer card data securely (PCI training).
• Track your goals and complete daily paperwork.
• Support Store Manager and team on promotions and store goals.
• Follow all company and legal requirements.
