• Excellent math and computer skills with the ability to multitask.
• Great people skills and the ability to establish positive guest relationships.
• Support total body care with some knowledge of massage and skin care services.

Aufgaben

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood.
• Promote Total Body Care by educating clients, selling wellness programs, booking services, and advising on homecare products.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls and emails, and addressing questions.
• Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.
