Massage Envy is seeking upbeat team members to provide outstanding customer service at our Morrisville location. You will educate clients on Total Body Care services and wellness programs, book appointments, and assist with retail purchases based on recommendations from service providers.

Ideal candidates have some retail or sales experience, strong math and computer skills, and excellent people skills. A flexible, friendly, and professional approach helps you thrive in a busy team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Strong math, computer, and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help clients feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and products, book appointments, and promote wellness programs.
• Greet clients, answer phones, respond to emails, and manage scheduling to support clinic flow.
• Grow and retain client base through in-person and outreach efforts.
