Job summary

Stretch Zone in Florida is seeking a proactive Sales Associate to help guests embrace our practitioner-assisted stretching membership model. You will engage visitors, explain benefits, and guide them through signup, contributing to a welcoming, results-driven experience.

In this role, you will drive membership sales, deliver friendly customer service, and support member retention through proactive engagement and follow-ups. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Immediate availability to start.
• Interest or passion in wellness, fitness, or helping others.
• No degree or sales experience is required. We offer in-depth training and support.
• Willingness to learn new skills.

Pay Rate:

$15 - $18 per hour + Commission
