The Good Feet Store in Plainview, NY is seeking a Store Manager to lead and grow a customer-focused team. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure exceptional service, coordinating store operations and trainings to deliver outstanding client experiences.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in store leadership, strong communication, and a passion for improving customers’ quality of life with proper arch support solutions. Monday–Saturday hours apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience generating new business and meeting goals.
• 3+ years of store management in a customer-facing business.
• Ability to work a fluctuating schedule including weekends and some holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
