Job summary

Vitamin World Usa Corporation in Caguas, PR is seeking a Sales Associate to join the Shops@ Caguas store. The candidate will engage customers, understand needs, make product recommendations, and process sales at the POS while maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of retail sales experience, strong customer service skills, and a passion for health and wellness. Lift up to 40 lbs and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of retail sales and customer service experience.
• Passion for health, nutrition, fitness and helping others.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills.
• Must have the ability to lift up to 40lbs (stock).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the store team to support and achieve the goals of Vitamin World.
• Greets and interacts with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise, answering questions and making recommendations as appropriate.
• Retrieves merchandise from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations; places special orders.
• Demonstrates knowledge of store products and services to increase sales.
• Maintains a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting Vitamin World’s commitment to our customer.
• Operate the store point of sale system, accept payment, make change, provide receipts and bag merchandise for customers.
• Ensures that the store always looks clean and inviting
• Places and rotates merchandise to attract positive attention from customers
• Performs other duties as assigned
