The role involves welcoming and coaching members, managing store rhythms, and supporting health transformations in a fast-paced retail setting. Full-time or flexible part-time options available, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated personal maturity and emotional intelligence.

• Availability to work full-time or flexible part-time, including weekends and peak hours.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create legendary member experiences with warm welcomes, engaging conversations, and genuine encouragement.
• Master the rhythm of the store including retail, shake bar, consultations, and member check-ins.
• Hold space empathetically for members struggling with health challenges.
• Stay focused and coachable during busy shifts, communicating with confidence and clarity.
• Represent the store and Project LeanNation’s mission with positivity and accountability.
• Support community events and help spread the PLN message outside the store.
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and ready to perform.
• Embrace feedback and take pride in personal and professional growth.
