Job summary

Project Lean Nation South Tampa is hiring an Educator to greet members, guide them with care, and embody PLN’s values every day. You will build trust through meaningful conversations, support health transformations, and help deliver legendary member experiences in our first location.

As a part-time on-site team member, you’ll manage store rhythms, assist with consultations, participate in community events, and grow toward leadership roles while upholding PLN's mission of health and motivation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated personal maturity and emotional intelligence.
• Alignment with PLN’s mission and values.
• Availability to work full-time or flexible part-time, including weekends and peak hours.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create legendary member experiences with warm welcomes, engaging conversations.
• Manage store rhythm across retail, shake bar, consultations, and check-ins.
• Hold space empathetically for members struggling with health challenges.
• Stay focused and coachable during busy shifts, communicating with confidence and clarity.
• Represent the store and PLN’s mission with positivity and accountability.
• Support community events and help spread the PLN message outside the store.
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and ready to perform.
