• Coordinate with She Care Wellness Pod (SCWP) staff to schedule wellness programming indoors during inclement weather.
• Assist counseling staff and interns in managing space reservations for small groups and activities.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding concerns, scheduling needs, or supply requests.
• Ensure the Wellness Resource Room remains an accessible, supportive, and professional environment in alignment with the mission of the Counseling and Wellness team.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Wellness Resource Room Assistant supports the daily operations of the Wellness Resource Room, ensuring it remains a welcoming, organized, and functional space for students and staff. This role is ideal for responsible, detail-oriented students who are passionate about fostering wellness on campus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Operations & Customer Service

• Open and close the Wellness Resource Room daily, ensuring the space is prepared and secure.
• Welcome and check in all visitors, including students, staff, and faculty.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment, supplies, and space usage, following established procedures.

Program & Space Support

• Coordinate with She Care Wellness Pod (SCWP) staff to schedule wellness programming indoors during inclement weather.
