Job summary

Canyon Ranch Austin is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead Housekeeping, Custodial, and Laundry teams. You will uphold exceptional cleanliness across guest rooms and public spaces, while balancing budget adherence and guest-first service.

Join the founding team as Canyon Ranch opens in Fall 2026 in the Texas Hill Country-inspired Austin destination. You will collaborate with Front Office and Engineering to maintain operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years housekeeping/custodial/laundry or related hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, laundry processes, and chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and laundry operations meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Conduct inspections and provide coaching to maintain quality and service expectations.
• Track guest requests and service needs; report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Support opening and closing duties and assist with room and public area cleaning.
• Supervise housekeeping, custodial, and laundry colleagues during shifts.
• Train, coach, and mentor staff on procedures, safety, and service expectations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and cost-control initiatives.
