Job summary

Canyon Ranch Austin invites applications for a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the Housekeeping, Custodial, and Laundry teams across guest rooms and public spaces at our new Texas Hill Country destination.

You will balance quality standards, team development, and financial discipline while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment, with a start date in Fall 2026 and opportunities for growth within Canyon Ranch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years housekeeping, custodial, laundry, or related hospitality experience.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and laundry operations meet cleanliness standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and provide real-time coaching to maintain quality and service expectations.
• Track and follow through on guest requests and service needs.
• Report and coordinate resolution of maintenance concerns.
• Supervise Housekeeping, Custodial, and Laundry colleagues.
• Assign daily work schedules and room assignments.
• Train, coach, and mentor colleagues on cleaning procedures and safety standards.
• Support onboarding and ongoing development of team members.
