Job summary

SC Johnson in Racine, WI is seeking a Senior Associate, Recreation & Wellness to lead and enhance employee wellbeing programs, fitness initiatives, and engagement activities. You will work with Benefits, HR, Occupational Health, SHE/Safety, Facilities, Communications and external vendors to deliver a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications

• University degree required; 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• 1+ years of experience with exercise physiology, health and wellness principles.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Office and digital platforms for scheduling and reporting.
• Experience collaborating with third-party vendors or contractors.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead recreation, fitness, wellness, and employee engagement programs and events.
• Manage program operations: scheduling, registration, communications, and logistics.
• Coordinate retirees, interns, wellness champions, and biometric screening programs.
• Provide administrative support: budgeting, purchasing, reporting, and records.
• Develop communications and marketing materials to drive engagement.
• Track participation and financial metrics; prepare reports for decisions.
