Job summary

SC Johnson seeks a Senior Associate, Recreation & Wellness, to drive and improve employee wellbeing programs across campuses. You will lead operations for recreation, fitness, and wellness initiatives, coordinating with Benefits, HR, Occupational Health, SHE/Safety, Facilities, and external vendors to deliver a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications

• University Degree required and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• 1+ years of experience within exercise physiology, health and wellness principles, and behavior change strategies.
• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office and digital platforms for communications, scheduling, reporting, and program management.
• 1+ years of experience with third-party vendors/contractors.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certification (or ability to obtain).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate recreation, fitness, wellness, and employee engagement programs, events, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Manage program operations: scheduling, registration, communications, vendor/instructor relations, facilities, event logistics.
• Administer retirees, intern, wellness champion, recreation club, and biometric screening programs; act as primary contact.
• Provide administrative and operational support including recordkeeping, budgeting, purchasing, reporting.
• Deliver excellent customer service to employees, retirees, interns, and visitors regarding participation and resources.
• Develop and manage communications, marketing materials, intranet content, newsletters, and campaigns to drive engagement.
• Coordinate facilities, equipment, inventories, ticket programs, recognition programs, and vendor partnerships.
• Track participation, utilization, engagement, and financial metrics; prepare reports and dashboards.
