Monarch Communities in Bridgewater, MA, seeks an experienced Assistant Wellness Director (RN) to partner with the Wellness Director in designing and running comprehensive wellness programs that promote employee health and wellbeing.

The role requires clinical insight, program management, budgeting, data reporting, and the ability to lead a team while coordinating health screenings and wellness events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Exercise Science, Public Health, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in wellness program management or related field.
• Certified Wellness Practitioner (CWP) or similar certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of health promotion strategies and corporate wellness trends.
• Excellent program management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and execution of wellness initiatives, health education programs, and fitness activities.
• Collaborate with department heads to integrate wellness programs across the organization.
• Manage day-to-day operations of wellness facilities and oversee wellness staff.
• Develop and maintain wellness program budgets, tracking expenses and ROI.
• Analyze program data and prepare reports on participation, outcomes, and effectiveness.
• Coordinate health screenings, wellness challenges, and educational workshops.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in corporate wellness.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials to promote wellness programs.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees on health and wellness topics.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all wellness activities.
