Job summary

Monarch Communities in Pennsylvania is seeking an Assistant Health and Wellness Director (RN) to oversee the nursing department in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits and a focus on resident well-being.

The ADON will develop ISP plans within 72 hours of move-in and ensure annual updates, supervise nursing staff, handle on-call duties, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

Qualifications

• RN licensed and in good standing.
• Two+ years in a supervisory role in senior living or long-term care.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and directs clinical operations for residents.
• Oversees nursing staff and on-call rotation.
• Develops ISP within 72 hours of move-in and comprehensive ISP within 30 days.
