Job summary

Millennium Health and Fitness is seeking a site lead to develop, plan, and coordinate all activities of the health promotion program at the installation level. You will conduct wellness screenings, educational classes, incentive programs, and health fairs while performing biometric measurements such as finger sticks, height, weight, BMI, and blood pressure.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Public Health, Exercise Physiology, Health Education or related field.
Three (3) years’ experience working with a Health Promotion Program.
One (1) year management experience of a Health Promotion Program and at least one (1) year supervisory experience if supervisory tasks are required.
Must possess current CPR/AED/first aid certifications.
May require an additional certification based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

Serves as the site lead, developing, planning and coordinating implementation of all activities of the health promotion program at the installation level.
Conduct wellness screenings, educational classes, incentive programs, health fairs.
Perform biometric measurements including finger sticks, height, weight, BMI/body composition, and blood pressure.
