Millennium Health & Fitness, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Health Promotion Program Lead to oversee onsite wellness initiatives, coordinate screenings, classes and incentive programs, and ensure staff readiness.

You will manage biometric measurements, education efforts, and policy communications while adapting staffing to workload fluctuations. The role requires CPR/AED/first aid credentials, 3 years of program experience, and 1 year of supervisory responsibility, with NASM CHES or

• Three (3) years’ experience working with a Health Promotion Program.
• One (1) year management experience of a Health Promotion Program and at least one (1) year supervisory experience if the specific position tasks for a supervisory role.
• Must possess current CPR/AED/first aid certifications.
• May require or need to obtain an additional certification based on specific customer needs.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the site lead, developing, planning and coordinating implementation of all activities of the health promotion program at the installation level.
• Conduct wellness screenings, educational classes, incentive programs, health fairs.
• Perform biometric measurements such as finger sticks, height, weight, BMI, and blood pressure.
• Educate participants on health awareness and lifestyle modification.
• Provide orientation and training to new staff and communicate on new policies or changes in procedures.
• Ensure programs are staffed according to the scope of work and schedules are adjusted to meet fluctuating workloads.
• Evaluate programs and provide progress reports.
• Maintain current knowledge of health promotion topics and keep materials current; secure storage for supplies and files.
• Provide excellent written and oral communication with internal and external customers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the contractor PM.
• Support Mobile worksite events as applicable.

Specific Duties and Tasks

• Serves as the site lead, developing, planning and coordinating implementation of all activities of the health promotion program at the installation level.


• Conduct wellness screenings, educational classes, incentive programs, health fairs.


• Perform services such as finger sticks and other biometric measurements including height, weight, BMI/body composition, and blood pressure.


• Educate participants on health awareness and lifestyle modification.


• Provide orientation and training to new staff and communicate on new policies or changes in procedures.


• Ensure that programs are staffed according to the scope of work and that work schedules are modified to meet fluctuating workloads.


• Evaluate programs and provide progress reports.


• Maintain current knowledge of health promotion topics to keep health education program material current. Coordinate and/or ensure supplies, equipment, and files are maintained in properly secured storage.


• Provide excellent written and oral communication skills when working with internal and external customers.


• Perform other related duties as assigned by the contractor PM.


• Support Mobile worksite events as applicable.

Minimum Recommended Qualifications

• BA/BS, in Public Health, Exercise Physiology, Health Education or related field.


• Three (3) years’ experience working with a Health Promotion Program.
